Repubblica writes about the Samir Handanovic situation and the possibilities of him going to Roma. According to the paper the giallorossi have resumed contacts with the Inter goalkeeper, having his agent Federico Pastorello meet Roma representatives. Inter will not let him wait another season and lave as a free transfer, they would like to monetize and hope for a price tag around 12 million euro’s. An offer from Roma is expected to come next week, but four or five million below what Inter are asking for. Roma are hoping that Handanvoic’s will to play in the Champions League will make things easier for them and will also offer the goalkeeper a pay raise of 1 million euro (current salary is 1,9 million).
