Italy U-21 coach Gigi Di Biagio has called up 27 players to his pre tournament squad ahead of this Summer’s Uefa U-21 European Championships.

Di Biagio’s squad includes 6 Nerazzurri youngsters in Francesco Bardi, Matteo Bianchetti, Cristiano Biraghi, Marco Benassi, Lorenzo Crisetig and Samuele Longo.

The squad will meet for a training camp then play in a yet to be arranged friendly before the squad is trimmed to the 23 players that will go to the Czech Republic.
