Torino seem to be condemned to losing Italian international full back Matteo Darmian but will be hoping for a nice big fee after the 25 year old had a great season.
TuttoSport have reported that Barcelona are following Darmian and now Juventus have the player in their sights.
According to reports, Juventus could open up negotiations with Torino executives after this Saturday’s Champions League Final.
The impression at the moment is that Barcelona have a clear advantage over all other suitors including Inter and Napoli, who now seem detached.

Barca can’t buy anyone this summer so they don’t have advantage over anyone. Torino is not a big club, they could maybe be convinced to sell him for 15 mil and some bonuses or young players, in that case Inter should really get him.
just like campagnaro?
we did but we fail, remember campagnaro?
Barcelona? If I read names like Real, Barcelona, Chelsea, PSG then I don’t bother to think about that player. 😛
Dam it I wish we were a money power house like some other teams. We really need a good right back.
If we fail to bring him in, how about a established defender? Like Ivanovic!
If we couldnt get darmian how on earth can we get ivanovic?!
I rate him as the best right back in the world, excellent in defence, good in attack and great physique. He is also a big game player, and has some goals in him. I doubt mourinho would want to do without him, and even if he considered putting him on the market; we probably couldnt afford him!
what he means, we transform a player to a new role like Chelsea did to Ivanovic (CB to be RB). cmiiw
just like campagnaro
Hence the word “like” .I didn’t say to actually get Ivanovic. Even though I think Ivanovic is a awesome defender. Darmian is being mentioned by many clubs, so it makes it even more difficult for inter to get him.
But by the way Ivanovic has 1yr left on his contract with chelsea :D. So there is always that possibility. He is also rated around 15 mil, and inter have a good relationship with mourinho, so it’s not a long stretch.
Seeing the kind of names he is being linked to, I doubt we get him. That game against Empoli made it clear that our offense is fine. Our defense is atrocious. We have to get this guy even if it means overpaying a bit. Odds are he’ll end up at Juve and we will once again be left in the dust.
The reason why we were attacking against empoli is because empoli have a lot of holes in their defence. otherwise, we wont get through
Well of course Barca would be in the lead… but it would totally suck if Jube gets him
Call me old fashioned but I think that Torino wont be keen on selling their best player to their biggest city rivals.
For 20 mil or more they might even sell their soul – but hopefully they actually put rivalry above money.
Ogbonna go to rubentus in 2013, I hope Torino management have the same mind with you
Oh shit
