One of the reasons to allow Handanovic to leave is his communication skills – and the defense must be totally organized on the field using words. I am not nationalistic, but anyone who knows football has to understand that putting 5 great defensive players (including GK) on the field who cant communicate is a terrible plan. And putting 1-2 great ones with 3 mediocre ones is even worse

Handanovic personality. He would be just fine with 3 world class Italian defenders and a Spanish one. However all the mediocre defenders linked are coming from other leagues and other speak different languages are not a good match to a quiet leader in the back. They just need too much instruction.
