Alessandro Canovi has confirmed the news in a tweet with a short message in French.
“Negotiations stopped. Now we wait for the future.”
Motta has been linked with Atletico Madrid as well as a possible return to Inter in recent weeks.

35M seems too much. but again, it depend on how it will be paid. if 35M is total with some bonus performance related, and also will be paid in few years installment, then it might be not bad at all.

Imbula is a much better deal for 18-20m than Kondogbia for ~35. i’d rather let Milan raise their bid and sign Imbula + let’s say Jovetic for 35m. altho, both would be welcomed given how shitty our non existing defensive midfield is

But at least Kondogbia have several good seasons in Sevilla and Monaco behind his back and he’s french national team player. I don’t agree, I’ve watched Marseille couple of times this season and never really noticed Imbula, I don’t know how good he is. On the other hand we have Kondogbia who is a known talent for couple of years now and is playing really good. I think that he is the closest you can get to Pogba without actually signing Pogba.
I can’t really believe that people are complaning about us signing Kondogbia, everyone wants a competitive team and know when we are trying to get a beast of a player you are still complaining.
