Tuttosport reports that the deal for Geoffrey Kondogbia and the possible signing of Giannelli Imbula might constringe to sell an important player. The investment for Kondogbia doesn’t have to draw attention from UEFA straight away since Inter doesn’t play European football, but the fact that Inter will have to sell to buy players cannot be forgotten. Mateo Kovacic signed a renewal in January, and the club has made it clear that they consider Mateo an important player to respond the fans who have expressed their anger on social media. Though if Liverpool, who have been interested, would raise their offer to 30 million euro’s, Inter would think about selling their midfielder.

I don’t like Kondogbia, we don’t need him. We have Brozovic and Gnokouri. If Mancini lets him play for one season, I have no doubt he could be as good. We should have spent the money to buy Darmian and a sub for Icardi.

Actually if we get 30m for Kova is a great deal,but inter should’t sell him for less,but I can’t still believe we paid all that money for kondogbia.
Someone needs a reality check. At today’s market, an unproven forward like Berahino (who may never even be as good as Welbeck or Walcott) costs 30 mil pounds. And you’re saying selling Kovacic, who debuted for his country at 18, for 30 mil Euros is a great deal? Kova is easily one of those players who could be the best in his position one day. A stagnating half-season under Mancini doesn’t prove anything at all. His potential is there to be seen.

Instead we can get rid of marginal players like Kuz, Naga, Taider, Obi, Khirin, Andreolli, Dodo. We will be saving salaries for Jonathan and Campagnero. Let Vidic go and save his salary. We should be getting funds for Alvarez. If needed, we can sacrifice Guarin. Point is, there are many opportunities for getting funds and saving cost, without selling Kovacic. Ohh, and at some point the salary payment to Mazzarri ceases as well.
With no EL we have won some extra time to sort out FFP further. Seems like the pieces are finally coming together. FORZA INTER..

Mendel is a DM like Kondo, Imbula is a “box to box” midfielder. On paper, Kondo-Kova-Imbula midfield looks pretty damn good!
We have Brozovic and Gnokouri, we don’t need Imbula at all! I think Inter is just making rumors about Imbula to screw AC Milan, like they always do with our transfer targets.

I also think Guarin, obi, Kuz, khirin Ranocchia, Botta ,Jonathan and nagatomo will leave so there is room for players and if we make CL this year we can pay up later for players we have aquired…..

i’m having a hard time seeing where he would play ?? i mean. we have kondogbia, kovacic, brozovic, gnoukouri, hernanes, medel, guarin and soon imbula, kranevitter…….. for just 3 spots :S. i’m sure some of them gets sold but still we have too many central midfelders
