Corriere dello sport writes that Erick Thohir and Geoffrey Kondogbia had their first contact after the player signed his contract yesterday. The directors passed the phone to Kondogbia who talked to Thohir for a while and the player is reported to have said:
“President, I am happy. I will give everything I got.”
Erick Thohir also talked to Roberto Mancini yesterday and the coach is said to have thanked Thohir for the ‘gift’. Thohir is said to have given the ok for the deal after having talked to Massimo Moratti. In this way Thohir confirmed his will to do the most to bring Inter back to the top and give the fans satisfactions, not talking a lot but working a lot.
