But now we have alot of people in midfield and need to sell players such as KUZ, OBI, Guarin, We don’t need Imbula now that we signed kondogbia. Having Kova and Kondogbia together while we have Bronzoic and hernanes/medel would be grea. We just need a fullback and a striker to join Icardi. I’d go for Sansone

If we do sell him I really hope there is not much backlash (30 mil min!!!) It’s not like he is an integral member of the team (yet) so it wouldn’t be the end of the world if he goes… remember it’s internazionale not kovanazionale.
I am not opposed to selling Kova because after 3 seasons he has not improved. People here keeps talking about creativity and how he creates goals, but we only saw that during the last game of the season. When inter don’t have the ball Kova goes missing, its like inter is playing with ten men and that’s the problem Mazzarri and Mancini has with this player. When he loses the ball he don’t track back to get it back, plus he is weak on tackling. Even Messi tracks back to retain a ball he lost in possession. In big games Kovacic goes missing especially the games where the opponents cluster the middle of the field

He hasn’t been at his best last year in a huge part down to the fact that we lacked midfielders that can recycle position. He’s not the type of player that has to track back and make a tackle, that is a role for other players (since he’s more of a playmaker), but last year, apart from Medel to an extent, no one was recycling possession properly. This year with Kondogbia (lets hope) he will have a better influence since he DOES track back but is not that great in tackling, but will receive the ball in deep territory which he likes to do, and spark a counter attack or slow down the tempo by holding the ball, especially if he matures some more and grow with the team and learn how to control the tempo of a game -as he should-. That could make the difference between winning and losing and on his individual performance as well. All in all I think he’s gonna be a huge success next season if he stays (fingers crossed)!

never sure about that.. but we did wait for recoba in the past, but recoba never find the consistentcy that we need despite his super talent.. but still hope he will improve under mancini.. icardi playing style already change and get better since mancini arive.. i hope same goes for kova too… it all depending on kova himself..
He seems like a much more hard worker than Recoba was. Its true El Chino was the most talented player I have ever seen IMO, but his problem was the lack of discipline and his injuries. I don’t believe that would be a problem for Kova though

I’m not opposed to selling Kova, but I want the club buying him to overpay. Let’s say the 40m pluss region with a clause of 10-20% of the transfer if the club re-sell him. No one is bigger than the club, but if the question is Imbula or Kova I rather keep Kova and give him one more season to prove that the hype is real. I could see him forming a great partnership with Kondogbia becoming our Pirlo, or he could potentially be moved up the field or out left and becoming a Iniesta type player. But he have to become more consistent this season he had so many bad matches from start. Especially from November-March he was performing bad and please don’t blame Mancini for that, he have had the same problem for national team and with our other manager.
