Mohammed Salah’s future is set to be decided today. The Egyptian and his entourage will meet with the Fiorentina directors to discuss a potential loan extension. Il Corriere Dello Sport reports that the Viola are willing to pay 18 million euros in January for the winger. A bidding war is on the cards if there is a negative outcome from the meeting today. Inter, Juventus, Milan, and foreign clubs are on high alert, and Fiorentina’s owner Della Valle is prepared to offer more cash for Salah.

If we buy (or loan) Salah, wouldn’t that be our third non-EU player acquisition this summer? I mean we already used up our two non-EU spots by securing Miranda and Murillo. We used to get around this stupid rule by giving the money to another Italian club to purchase any additional non-EU player on behalf of us and then resell him to us immediately. (Non-EU limits don’t apply in transfers between Italian clubs.) But now FIGC requires at least 6 months for that to happen. Long story short, if we acquire all three above — Miranda, Murillo, and Salah — this summer, one of them will have to stay at another Italian club until next winter break.

it’s all down to personal description of ‘GREATEST’.
and in mine, you can’t be a master when you have mentality blocked you from expressing your talents into something real in life. the greatest beat those blocking problems.
and you know, he only played for 3 teams in serie A, good half season with venezia, one quite season in torino, and 10 seasons with INTER with all those up and (more) down. and I surely can’t say he aint master with all those performances.

Salah can play Secend forward and winger . And he can play AMF too , so if we get him we can play many formations like 4-3-1-2 , 4-2-3-1 and … i hope he comes . we need him.
Perisic can also play all those position. 25 mil sounds alot for Salah, especially beacuse I’m not still convinced that he is that good in spite of good preformances for Basel and Fiorentina.
On the other hand 15 mil for Perisic is a good price but he is kinda injury prone so it’s a very tough decision to choose between those two. I wish that we could get them both.
Perisic for 15m is right damn steal… if we are gonna have a good season his price will be doubled at least
