Klaus Allofs has been reiterating Wolfsburg’s transfer market stance in an interview for German newspaper ‘Bild’.

The German club’s sporting director has been speaking in some detail also on the situation of Ivan Perisic, long courted by Inter.

“Basically, we want to keep our staff intact. We are not a selling club, we will not surrender our players, plus we have received offers for our players which is normal.”

However Allofs does not close the door to a possible departure for Croatian winger Perisic, with Inter waiting to get the money from the sale of Xherdan Shaqiri.

“We always say we have mature players but if we were to get an important offer, we will sit down at a table and evaluate the pros and cons.”

“Unlike other clubs, we think about the sporting aspect and not the economic one.”
