Paris Saint-Germain’s coach Laurent Blanc made a rather shocking statement to L’Equipe regarding Thiago Motta’s situation at the club.
“We are very much aware of Thiago Motta’s position, thsi has been clearly exposed. Likewise, the club’s position has also been revealed and it’s clear that these two positions are incompatible. Thiago won’t play [against Benfica] because he isn’t in the best position to play.”
These words will certainly add fuel to the speculation fire surrounding Thiago Motta’s future.

Kova-Motta-Kondo with Brozo-Gnoukouri-Hernanes as backup in mid. With our current situation in mercato we rather keep shaq so we can play with 4312 which give more stability than try to change it to 4231 or 433, the two formation that need another wingeR which is we currently lacking in that position. Biggest problem for us is we have too many player in the squad. Vidic, JJ, Naga, Dodo, Guarin, even Medel could go.
