Felipe Melo’s future is still being discussed at Galatasaray and the Brazilian midfielder isn’t a part of the squad that will play the Turkish supercup between Galatasaray and Bursaspor. This is a strong signal of a move for the midfielder and Inter always remains interested.
Melo not being a part of the squad seems to indicate that a move to Inter is coming closer. The Brazilian has an agreement with Inter since a long time back but Inter and Galatasaray still need to agree. Galatasaray seems to want a player in exchange for Melo and this could be Nagatomo, not Medel as previously discussed.
Though Italian reports claim that Inter won’t let go of Nagatomo without getting any money from Galatasaray which is why the deal is taking more time than previously claimed.

We have to cash in Nagatomo, swap for Melo sounds ridiculous. I’m not even sure, that we need him even as a free agent. By the way, we have to cash as more as we can in unnecessary players and in my opinion Guarin and Ranocchia have to lead the list.
7 mil and he’s yours
