Corriere dello Sport reveals an interesting thing: The Liverpool striker (who’ll leave Anfield) have been offered to Nerazzurri however it was without a positive response, so the future of Balo remains a mystery.

i”ll take it if we can get him by loan with option to buy for 5-8 mil euros only. Don’t forget to lower his salary. He could be a good backup for Icardi and a super-sub. And also, he’s Italian and home-grown…it’s a good point to secure our home-grown spot if we qualify to Europe next season
All us Nerazzurros have mixed feelings about Super Mario but everyone deserves a second chance. I believe if he comes back on a loan deal he can become very useful player. He will be coached by Roberto Mancini who has coached him when he was coming up in the rankings at Inter and when Mancini was coaching Man city. Mario has matured and Mancini has always brought out the best out him. He would be the fourth striker option and can replace Icardi if he picks up a injury or who knows he can become a great striker partner, Icardi and Super Mario the nerazzurri dynamic duo.

Well Dario if you read all the post from NerazzurrI fan you can see that most of them like or don’t like the idea of Balotelli returning. Every NerazzurrI fan has there own opinion doesn’t mean they cant have mixed feelings like myself. You’ve made it clear that you hate the guy that’s your feelings about the guy but it’s your opinion. I can speak for myself and say Im ify on him coming back to the San Siro but he has the skill set to compete still. He has always played well under Italian coaches( Mancini, Prandelli and Allegri) and he has thrived in there tactical system winning many European Championships. I rather him be a Nerazzurro then a foe with one of our rivals Roma, Florentina or Juventus. He would come on a loan just like Paolo Osvaldo did and if problems arise Balotelli can be sent back to his mother club. I’m not his entourage nor a big fan of the guy but this is business not personal, the guy has football skills and can possibly useful on the field. I would much rather have Boca Jr. hitman Jonathan Calleri as a Nerazurro but won’t lose any sleep if Balotelli returns.
Let’s just learn to forgive and forget. The jersey issue he did was out of immaturity and most of us interesti push him too much, considering the fact that he was only 18years of age back then. As for me i strongly believe Balo can regain is blazing form back here in inter coz this was where he discovered his talent in the first place. I’d like to see him make up for his mistakes by coming to inter to scores goals and perform wonders we know his gat the talent, but only if he’ll cost 6mil or below. Don’t see it happening, as I recall Mancini “giving up on him” back in City. But we need more attackers though. If he were to cut his salary in half and we only paid something like 5 m € for him, then it COULD be a good deal, but to put Balotelli and Icardi in the same team…
take him for a man-to-man barter. switch him with schelotto :)) thou he could be a real danger for our enemies, no penny should be payed for someone whom disrespected our colors.

I know that in the past he did a lot of stupid things but people don’t seem to understand that he’s matured a lot since he was with Inter… He was like a young 18 who was kind of crazy but he has matured a lot. How often do you ever hear about mishaps about him nowadays? He hasn’t had any problems relationship wise with club members since Man City days ( Which also happened to be Mancini). The reason Liverpool want to get rid of him is due to performance nothing about behavior. Definitely agree with you..I believe if Balotelli joins us this season, he will prove his doubters wrong since he must perform greatly to earn a spot in Azzurri for next Euro..Last season Rodgers put him on the bench for months but he never had issue with Rodgers..He even still appeared in training ground after his dad passed away..The most important thing is we need every reinforcement available to fight for top spot..I do not mind if we take such “evil” player like Balo considering we also fight against “evil” club like Juventus and Milan..Loan with option to buy would be great..

Putting sentiments aside, this transfer makes sense. Here’s why:
1. He’s can come for 10m pounds, which is under his market value. A rare thing today.
2. He’s a youth product. Satisfy UEFA-quota if we are to qualify to UCL next season.
3. His style of play. He’s a technical player but not very mobile, despite possessing the pace and trickery. Quite similar to Osvaldo. As I remembered, Osvaldo worked well with Icardi in a front two. But we played under a different system back then, so maybe it’s prolly not a good bearing.
4. If we play with a single striker, he’s a logical vice-Icardi.
But there are lots of cons too. Like his rocky relationship with Mancini. At this price, I’d consider it a low risk transfer, because I can’t see his price plummeting any further. His time at Merseyside has been a nightmare. Nobody is on his side. So much for “You’ll never walk alone”. Shit club choking on their own words.
