Former Inter coach Walter Mazzarri could be set for a return to football as it emerges he is one of the likely candidates for the job at Marseille after Marcelo Bielsa left after just one round of the French Ligue 1 championship.
According to reports from TuttoSport, Mazzarri is on a list of four possible candidates along with Zinedine Zidane, Vincenzo Montella and Eric Gerets.

He is a very good coach. Succeeded in every club he managed over his career, he only had problems in Inter where he had to deal with aging players, disappointing new buys and lack of investment from the president (which Mancini now has). Marseille will be lucky to have him.

Osvaldo was good, he just had an attitude problem. Medel is great, dodo was suitable for Mazzari’s 3-5-2. Kondogbia is a big player, Jovetic is good when he’s fit. Murrilo already seems like the best CB in the league, and I don’t even have to talk about Miranda’s quality. Your point?
medel needs a compass and a map to make a 10 foot pass, Mvilla is just utterly crap, Dodo is the worst inter signing ever and that says a lot and Osvaldo played for 8 teams in the last 10 years so what did you expect ! Betcha Mazzarri could do better than mancini with this team 😛
