La Gazzetta dello Sport have been reporting through today’s edition on the interest of Roma in Inter defender and captain Andrea Ranocchia but have also stated that Ranocchia is not the first choice of the Giallorossi but an alternative.
On top of Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini’s shopping list would be Zenit St. Petersburg’s Argentine defender Ezequiel Garay.

I would be okay too if we got a really good fullback and continue to play 4-3-1-2. This formation is the best for the current lineup.
Yes but we need a plan B. That formation makes us attack through the middle a lot and when we get figured out we are I’m trouble. We need a strong winger to re place Shaq and give us some width. And a secondary formation with wingers.
With Shaqiri sold, we don’t have true wingers. Jovetič could be a semi-winger in 4-2-3-1 I guess, Biabiany isn’t anywhere near good enough ATM to start and to actually play in a formation with dedicated wingers we would need to buy atleast 2.
But we don’t get the full 17 due to a clause bayern put in the original deal
