It’s a very flexible formation if you play it right. You kinda need a no. 10 who can drift out, move into channels to morph into a 4-3-3. Barca plays with arguably a 4-3-1-2 for example.

Well the first 25 minutes of the game where really frustrating. I was so fucking happy when Hernanes was subbed of he really irritates me every pre season game so far. The only good thing he did this pre season was his freekick goal versus Carpi. Nagatomo really surprised me to be honest, and further I never liked Santan and after this game I preffer him to be sold instead of Nagatomo. Further I was surprised Gnoukouri was left out of the starting eleven, I prefer him above Kondogbia and Hernanes at the moment.

1. Nagatomo still deserves second chance at Inter since I never see Santon as a definite starter for us.
2. Kovacic should play as No.10, he is the one who can play give and go with another Inter player (I do not see that in Hernanes since he is different type of AM)
3. Kondogbia still needs time to adapt to Serie A. Rotating him with Gnoukouri maybe not a bad idea.
4. The most important thing is we need quality full back so badly.
