Gianluca di Marzio reports on his website that Diego Perotti is close to join Inter, whilst Nagatomo could leave the club:

The player is coming closer to join Inter in negotiations that could be solved by some players being involved in the deal. In this deal, Nagatomo could be decisive. The winger is wanted by Gasperini who has called the Japanese international and it seems like Gasperini has convinced Nagatomo to join Genoa. Perotti-Nagatomo, a shirt swap comes closer.”
