Sky Sport 24 have been reporting on the latest updates regarding the physical conditions of the Inter players who picked up injuries in last night’s 1-0 win over Atalanta.
During this morning’s training session Marcelo Brozovic was on crutches because of a swollen ankle while Mauro Icardi has been training separately.
Both are doubtful for the match against Carpi along with Fredy Guarin.

We still have Gnoukouri. We all talk and talk and talk about wanting our academy players break into first team squad and grow alongside their seniors but after one shaky performance and now everybody talk shit about him. Really?
We really, really need Icardi to be healthy!
I have faith in Gnoukouri. He didn’t play that great, but it’s not like he gave away a goal or missed a sitter. Give him the minutes. It’s Carpi.
“but it’s not like he gave away a goal”. To be fair, he almost did. He gave them a perfect oppurtunity and the only reason they did not score is because their strikers couldn’t finish it. That crucial mistake could have cost us the game if we went 1-0 down so early. But yeah, Gnou is a good kid, I think we will see him play a lot this season.

Damn, Brozović off, Guarin off. Gnoukouri didn’t seem like himself in the last game and Medel had a bad game too. I hope Kondogbia can do the same magic as yesterday, if he plays like that he can boss the midfield almost single handedly.
Idk, it’s a game against Carpi. Shouldn’t be too hard for him.
Atalanta was 17th last season, almost relegated, and we literally needed a Jovetić miracle to win the game. On the home ground. 11 vs 10. Carpi will probably close up the defense even harder than Atalanta since they got demolished by Sampdoria. Its probably not going to be a tough job for our defense but I think they will sure as hell make us work if we want to win.
To be a bit optimistic, that depends on whether we’ll get that Croatian winger (or any additional attacking player) or not.
