this might be a good/bad deal. We can always use guarin at that role behind the strikers. It would free up room for melo in midfield. 11 million is not too bad I would expect more but to be honest hernanes can barely play a few games in a row without some type of injury or fitness issue. The bad is juve get a missing piece to their team that they lost with vidal and pirlo. I see hernanes doing well there but currently the juve locker room must be in shambles with their 2 defeats

I think that we will change our formation to 4 2 3 1 or 4 3 3. This is why we sell Hernanes – he won’t get any playing time in these formations.

Now we should get someone creative for the midfield but I don’t think we will, Mancini made it clear in one of his interview that he thinks phsycality is more important than creativity.
I agree with the first part of your comment, however the second part is just your interpretation, I think he is looking for both, before we were not phisical enough and not that good technically, now we improved on both aspects (i.e. Kondogbia, Jovetic).
