they should not let this happen it would set a bad precedent. sometimes teams sign bad deals too bad. Like for example, when Branca signed a deal for Silvestre from Palermo at a mandatory buy of 6 mill buyout Inter knew they wasted 6 mill on a piece of crap and Zamparini ass raped inter on that deal but Inter still paid it….albeit a waste of 6 million but they didn’t bitch cry or complain (except you fans of course) finally inter met a team dumb enough to deal with them for an injury prone hunk of crap and they want out of the contract? too bad sunderland, you signed the deal you pay ! if anyone is at fault is your stupid sporting director !!
