With Joao Miranda out for the derby due to the injury sustained with the national team Roberto Mancini will have to make changes to his starting eleven in the derby. According to Sky Sport 24 Inter are likely to go for a 4-3-3 formation where Murillo and Andrea Ranocchia will be the centre back pairing. New arrival Telles will likely start on the bench while Felipe Melo will join Kondogbia and either Guarin or Medel in midfield. Up fron Icardi and Jovetic are sure to play while the third will be either Perisic o Ljajic.
