Inter’s vice-president Javier Zanetti talked to Mediaset Premium before Chievo – Inter and began talking about Fassone leaving the club:
“We’ve had this change, but we need to keep working as we did before. We are all trying to be of use for Inter and make the team return to the top. Problems between the Italian’s and foreigners? I’m the vice-president and I’ll say that this group is working in the best of ways to improve the team and the club as Inter’s history deserves. The sportive part? We have Ausilio who has been working greatly, a coach with great experience like Mancini and then we have Stankovic and Bolingbroke as support. The most important thing is that all of us are at Inter’s disposal to make the club work well. The derby? After the win there’s enthusias, but today we play a hard game at a field where we’ve had problems before. We are hoping for a great game. Icardi’s first goal? I hope so and I know that Mauro wants this goal a lot. The most important thing is that we get the three points at the end of the day.”
