Mauro Icardi was interviewed by Mediaset Premium after the loss against Fiorentina:
“We are still on top of the table and we can’t make a lot of drama for a game that started out badly. This is a game we need to forget and we want to start over again doing as we did in the other games. Today the red card and the penalty penalized us. We knew that Fiorentina is a great team that came to San Siro to make us run a lot and to put some pressure on us, it’s not a coincidence that they are also in the top of the table.
This game doesn’t cancel out what we’ve done during the first five game. We’re a new group but we are very good and very united. The club has made great investments to make Inter come back to the top, we’ll see at the end of the year where we will be.”

No doesn’t cancel but now we saw that we don’t have chance against big clubs. We must win against Sampdoria at all costs to stay at first places of the table.
I don’t care what people say, lucky wins or not. All I know is that the points from the 5 win streak will be more than welcome later on when we will need them. We are still ahead and lets make the best out of it. Forza Inter!
