Martin Montoya has not convinced Roberto Mancini and Inter are already working to buy a right back in the January transfer window.
President Thohir has announced that in the next window of the transfer market there will be new movements as the Inter leadership are working hard to strengthen the team.
According to RAI Sport, the dream for the right flank is Fabinho of Monaco. Inter will try in the next few weeks, but if the deal with Monaco doesn’t take off then Inter will turn to Hellas Verona’s Jacopo Sala as the alternative.

Although I’d like to see him in the nerazzurro, I feel like money could be better spent elsewhere. Santon has been doing well at RB, and to buy yet another fullback would be a waste of funds that should go elsewhere. We desperately need a true creator, a new Sneijder-type player who can dictate play. A striker like Icardi needs to have plays made for him and Jovetic, Perisic, and Guarin aren’t equipped to do so. They’re also the types who feed off a true no. 10, like a David Silva or Isco, but I doubt either player is within our price range, regardless of how we setup the payment..
I think Santon just becomes better and better for each game. I rather play him as a LB if Fabinho comes and let Fabinho play as a RB.
Great we DEFINITELY need a strong right back – Santon is okay but really not Inter class! Him and D’ Ambrosio will never be more than average!
If Mancini doesn’t like the Spaniard he should let him go back next winter, Naga should be sold (or having his contract terminated, seeing he’ll be a free agent next summer) in January, so a strong right back with Santon as the back up makes sense!
