Joao Miranda has been speaking ahead of Brazil’s encounter against Chile on Thursday where he will come face to face with Inter team mate Gary Medel.
Here is what Miranda had to say ahead of Brazil’s first World Cup 2018 qualifier:
“For me, Chile are favourites, you can’t hide it. It will be a big challenge against the South American champions.”
“We are Brazil, we are respected all over the world. It will be a great game, we’ll try to get a good result, qualifying matches are different from others, these games are much harder.”
“It’s time to leave behind everything that has happened, w can regret no longer the disappointing Copa America.”
Miranda finally reserved a joke for Gary Medel:
“He will arrive a bit more tired. I hope that thanks to this slight advantage due to my rest, I can have the best game.”
