Last night they were opponents in the Champions League, but back in 2010 they were team mates in Inter’s treble winning team. Wesley Sneijder’s Galatasaray took on Julio Cesar’s Benfica and before the game the Dutchman spoke well of his former team mate in an interview to ‘A Bola’.
“With Julio I won everything at Inter, I always keep a special relationship. He is a good guy and I am pleased to know that he is doing very well at Benfica.”
Galatasaray won the game 2-1 with the winner coming from another ex Inter player in Lukas Podolski.

we’re force to let him go.. our financial status were very bad.. if we not let them go, we will be in big trouble.. actualy we ask him to cut his salary, but he choose to leave us.. so we can do nothing to stop his sales.. and we sale him with low price because every team in the world know that we’re in big trouble and we need to release our key player in order to survive in serie a..
