Noone can forget the game between Inter and Sampdoria, also called “Derby della Wanda” when Inter beat Sampdoria away with 4-0 and Icardi scored two goals. Not many games have been talked about so much due to non footballing issues but this was due to the controversy between Mauro Icardi and Maxi Lopez.
On Sunday at 12:30 Inter will face Torino at the Olimpico Stadium in Turin which means Icardi and Maxi Lopez will meet again. Torino lost last week against Juventus with a last minute goal whilst Inter won against Roma. Tuttosport writes that Maxi Lopez will try to make his teammates give everything not only because the win is needed but also because of the fierce rivalry between him and Icardi on and off the pitch. Icardi isn’t the only one Torino has to look out for, all off Inter is a tough team to face. At Inter everyone needs to fight for their place and Mancini who put Icardi on the bench last game, is mixing his cards. Certainly a talking point of the game will be Icardi and Maxi Lopez.
