Due to their unsuccessful start throughout the season Roman Abramovich could call Roberto Mancini to be his next manager at Chelsea if Mourinho can’t deliver results and the clubs season goals anymore. Erick Thohir knows that his manager could be tempted by Chelsea so he’s ready to offer him what ever he needs to be more competitive, especially if Inter would make it into Europe this year. Thohir is willing to offer more players in January to help strengthen the team for the second half push of the season in order to keep his manager.

For me, if Mourinho IS coming back, it would be such a waste (at least for now). He may wants different players, employs different tactic, etc. But one thing for sure, he IS the Special One (read:treble) for us.
Abramovic trying to tempt Mancio can work in our favor. Thohir did say in a recent interview that he’ll invest in new signings in the winter to please Mancini. So most likely scenario we get to keep him AND get a shiny new player.

i don’t think we need a new midifelder if mancini switches to a 4-2-3-1. i think brozovic-melo(medel) in there would be just fine. although a more technical midfielder next to brozovic would be perfect. brozovic runs for 10 players. so the precense of a dstroyer isn’t really needed.
we are better in 4-3-3 hope we can bring a creative midfielder and a winger in this winter
