It was even worse with no Melo and Kondo to fight Allan and Napoli’s mid.

Even you all blame Naga, I dont think he is the one to be blame. I am not defend him and I prefer Teles over Naga after Teles superb form last match.
It was just Napoli played better and smart enough to press and destroy Mancini’s game plan in the first half.
It is not fair when we lose and we all said “Mancini should use Teles. He should not use Icardi. I told you bla bla..bla… I told you Danilo is Mediocre bla bla bla. Mancini should sub Naga etc”. Otherwise, if we won, we all are praising Mancini, his starter and his decision. It is just not fair.
All ini all, 2-1 at Sao Paolo with 10 men down from the first half is not that bad. The team has fought well, and thats a good point from today’s match.
I am still believing, today is just not our day.

I think the starting 11, the biggest mistake is not starting Naga, but Icardi, as I said Naga did well defensively before that 2nd yellow.
When we couldn’t hold the ball, Icardi is useless, he can’t hold the ball, can’t pass and stop the fluidity of play.
with a striker who can hold the ball when we were under constant pressure from Napoli is very important, it gets the team confidence back, it calms the team, and most importantly the opponent would be more careful with their pressuring
He can’t even open the space for the 4-3-3 system mancini deploy. Compared to Higuain 45mil for Icardi is too much tbh. He lost his touch and everything from last season. I dont know where is the dangerous striker character gone? Ljajic – Jojo – Biabiany is the must for next match.

Just like with Fiorentina. Naga is excellent with pacey player, not the technical one. Guarin only functioned as a sub. So, this is on Mancini.
I missed Zanetti, a player that can always run out of tight pressuring, in the 1st half Napoli had been pressuring us high up the pitch and our fullback is lost of ideas passing back to the centre back and making clearance.
To be fair to Naga, before the 2nd yellow, he covered many runs(track many runs well), but what’s obvious he’s just a descent player not good enough for Inter, we need full back who have idea with the ball, fullback who could pass the ball quick or make runs through when opponent come pressuring.
What we know:
1. Ljajić – absolute must stay, our best player. Reason we almost saved this game.
2. Jovetić – needs to play every game to help his friend.
3. Icardi. Sell asap. His price shouldn’t drop that much, because a lot of CL teams can hire him immediately for it.
4. Perisić – I doubted him even before he come here. I’m probably right, he is only 10 IQ points above Guarin.
5. Biabiany – definitely better than Perisić, and his defence in last minutes…
6. We can’t play in mid with Guarin (and for sure not with you know who).
7. Lack of Melo was clearly seen.
8. Right fullback – I thought D’Ambrosio is enough, but I was wrong. New player for this position is a must.
9. Left fullback: Telles plays every game, if not possible – JJ.
10. Small m********ker – %@#$***….

1- Icardi needs service, Inter still needs a poacher and a worldclass striker. We started to create more chances with Ljajic up front, and Icardi will improve as he gets more service.
2- Perisic and Kondogbia are good players. But Serie A is a difficult league and it takes time for the new comers to get accustomed to it.
3- Melo is SLOW. He might be effective playing against smaller/slower teams but not here.
So be patient and believe in Mancio…
Icardi needs ALL team working for him, unless he’s useless, like today, and few games before. We don’t have players like De Bruyne, Modrić etc. who can be his servants, we’re still developing as a team, I know, but there is one important rule you forgot: “None player over the team”. Like Osvaldo and Shaqiri, which must left Inter, because they were too stupid to understand that things (but respect for Pablo for his hard working). Perisic was never a world class player, just a decent man for a teams like Wolfsburg, Fiorentina… Kondogbia: he was bought for 35M and earns the most in the whole Inter, we expect him to play more consistent. I believe in Mancio, more than most of us.

He wasn’t the typical Guarin at the beginning. Made many one touch correct passes… Made a good shooting attempt. The problem with him is the fact that he tries to do more than his ability.. (tries too hard) and that mostly happened after Shitomo got red.
my two cents about the game: it’s the same as the fiorentina match. early goal and a red card. we have a good run going and then we neet a better team. i just don’t think we are able to beat big teams like napoli, fiorentina, juventus, roma(we were lucky). and having that in mind i do expect us to beat a genoa or a sampdoria, chievo. these games against smaller team shape things up. beating napoli or fiorentina and then losing to a mid-table team is no good, and i’d rather have it the other way. we have always aimed at a CL spot. and just like how we lost to fiorentina and pulled back up and dusted ourselves off, i expect that to happen we never give up. this is the attitude that we always had as we’ve seen today. I have to say that I am even more confident that we will finish top 3 this season after this game. Because this game gave us some experience and how we should deal with some kind of players. Therefore Mr.Mancini and his staff made the right substitutes today and saw with their own eyes that Guarin + Nagatomo are really shit and are only lowering the other players around them. They also could see that Ljajic is a fucking great player if you give him a free role . Besides that you could see that Nagatomo doesn’t even matter in the team we played better with 10 man.

Naga is good few years back, he even scored 5 goals if im not mistaken, but then again we missed the opportunity to sell him. Guarin never consistent, but the fans get mad when we want to exchange him with vucinic, at least at that time we are free from Guaro..Rano’s problem always will be his speed. Perisic and Kondog remind me of Poldi and Xhakiri, maybe we can offload them when big money comes and try to assemble new set of winger.

Once or twice and its ok, but there at the end he got ignored by Handa, the defence, mids, and forwards, all on separate occasions. The first goal was lucky, but that second goal man, give credit where its due. I hate Higuain but he somehow fought off both of our CBs and sent a bullet into the side netting from a difficult angle. It was a very nice goal haha
It was bad positioning all around.. It was a nice finish but our two worldclass defenders got beat because they were badly positioned…
He still had them on his hip. I was impressed he got such a strong shot off with Murillo on his goal-side shoulder so tight and Miranda damn near hangin off his back.
In both goals, Higuain showed great control and shooting. He was the difference maker tonight and the reason we lost the game. If only Icardi had that same edge, we’d be unstoppable. Despite the loss, I saw an Inter team that reminded me of the good old times (Ronaldo, Zamorano, Djorakeff), so much determination, so much character… We outplayed Napoli (a complete and better team at the moment) with 10 men in the second half. What more can we wish for? Ahh, yes, if at least one of these 2 posts was a goal ;)) We’re getting better and better with every game so FORZA!!!

Telles has been solid in every game hes played. I have no idea why Mancini has preferred Naga and Dambrosio over Santon and Telles.
I can even understan D’Ambrosio, he isn’t bad replacment for Santon and as Santon is injured im ok with him playing,but both JJ and Telles are way better then Naga..JJ might not be that good offensivly but at least he knows how to defend lol
