Jonathan can play as a striker in the middle or on the wings, he had no problems playing in a trident with Tevez but he’s also wanted by big clubs in England. Also, a few clubs in Germany are interested. In Italy, Inter has made a move for him, but on a personal level I’d like to see him at Roma. Both them and Lazio need a modern attacker like him, who can play both as a striker or deeper as an attacker. We’ll have to wait and see what happens in January.”

icardi is a target man or an advance forward, someone that needs supply, once we figure out our best midfield, icardi will flourish, so it will take time, calleri is a complete forward, someone that doesnt need the midfield to score, but he can also play on the wings, could be great for the right wing
Calleri followed Medel on Twitter after tweeting ”Thanks to everyone and goodbye”.It could be an indication.

he’s like icardi but with better build up play and creativity(perfect for mancini). i’m very sure he’ll replace icardi… at least i hope so. icardi has a very poor attitude.

i don’t think it’s about form. icardi’s current ability is lacking. our attack has been very fluid and mobile and much better without him. he just hinders our attacks. don’t you think now is the perfect time to sell?
i don’t even think we need a replacement. everyone is scoring in mancini’s current system. from medel to murillo to brozovic and kondogbia.
i’m the man who consistantly criticized icardi even from last season if you remember.. but i still want to keep him in the squad, because i believe if mancini can change his attitude like he change ljajic, then we will have a great striker.. he has potential and he need to improve in some areas of his game.. i hope mancini can transform him.. because mancini was a worldclass striker himself.. but again it’s depend on icardi too.. if he’s humble enough, i think he would be great for us..^^

we have too much choice in that position we have santon. d’ambro, even nagatomo but we still need a proper RB, because montoya even worst than naga.. by the way mancini was a world class striker not a worldclass fullback.. so maybe teaching icardi how to become a worldclass striker is possible..^^

He would be a great signing I feel and for around that amount it is a steal. I hear we may snatch lavezzi from Juventus. Apparently his agent is in italy to meet with juve and inter. Juve may be turned off by the $5million price tag set by psg. I feel we will have no problem paying that for a player of this stature. To think we paid $3million for melo, I can see us paying this amount for a good winger. Especially after we get rid of dead weight on the team.
