Rodrigo Palacio made the goal that opened up the goal sheet which also was his first goal of the season and in the 70′ minute he asked Mancini to be substituted. This was reported by RaiSport who transmitted Inter – Cagliari in the round of sixteen of Coppa Italia.
The Argentine was substituted by the Nerazzurri coach because he had a problem with his left calf at least it’s what it seems after he indicated that he had pain in that part of the leg.
