Why playin montoya in such a big game?
He played decently over the last two games…albeit against weak opposition..he was expected to br favored over santon who’s coming back from injury.
Ik but that doesnt mean he can play 2 games a row, in such big games our best players should start, yes santon just returned from injury and ive seen him training with the team so i think if he started we would have defended much better and decrease the pressure bcuz montoya sucks defensively

And same goes for Montoya, he is not good enough for Inter, send him back. Biabiany is a good sub to, NOT in the starting 11. we need to play with players who has quality and this line up above is the best we can do.

I would say that Santon is better than D’Ambrosio but thats my opinion. Also, until Kondogbia fully adjusts to the Serie A and finds form, Medel would be better, despite yesterday’s poor game. Otherwise I agree. The problem is that this formation is very attacking, 4 players are offensive minded and the fullbacks join on the attacks. If you put up the 2 defending midfielders with rather attacking roles like Brozović, you will get too exposed. I understand Mancini from that point. Brozović has no natural spot in 4-2-3-1. Too offensive minded for a destroyer spot ahead of CBs. If anything, he would be best in Jovetić’s spot. We could try in 4-3-3 where he would shine as a roaming central midfielder.
