Daily Express writes that Chelsea is interested in signing Alex Telles. The Brazilian left wing back was on the radar of The Blues last summer when Mourinho was at charge and it seems that the interest for the player is still there. Telles has already players for both Galatasaray and Inter this season which means he can’t join Chelsea due to the rulebook. Inter has an option to buy Telles for 8,5 million euro’s in the summer and is expected to use it.
