Torino, Bologna, etc could not afford to pay his transfer fee, unless we want a player from them, that could swap or be a part of the transfer. Norwich/Sevilla on the other hand has the resources. It’s the matter of Rano sobering up, and realizing he has NO chance in playing first team football at Inter.
