In order to preserve his chances of a place in the squad for the European Championships, it seems that Andrea Ranocchia will be departing Inter in this mercato in order to get more game time. But the former Bari player may not be the only one to leave the Appiano Gentile in January, a scenario which would mean that the club will return to the market in search of a central defender and at the same time looking at players for June.
Among the players evaluated so far there is Nicolas Alexis Julio N’Koulou N’Doubena, central defender for Olimpique Marseille and the Cameroon national team. Roberto Mancini likes the player a lot, and his valuation (a minimum of 10 million Euros) might change with his contract expiring in June 2016. The nerazzurro club won’t be able to get the player straight away due to the number of places available to foreign players in the team at the moment, but they will keep an eye on the player for the summer as he is an interesting prospect both economically and technically.
The eventual negotiation, therefore, may be easier than expected, even if the former Monaco player is currently offering very important performances to the Ligue 1 side and is a fundamental player to Michel’s team, but who knows if interest from the nerazzurri might chnage the situation. To add, to make it clear, that at the moment it is only simple interest, but it is not impossible that with a couple of sales in the defensive department that the OM player could become a real and concrete objective.
