Jonathan Calleri’s future is up in arms at least according to what is stated on the website of Gianluca Di Marzio, in the last few hours there has been the revival of interest from English championship outfit Brighton & Hove Albion. They offer 10 million Dollars for 85% of the player’s ownership with 15% of his future sale to Boca, and the player will recieve a contract with a salary of 1.1 million, which will be doubled should the team get promoted to the Premier League.
A rich offer, but this does not appeal to the player. Calleri prefers a loan of 6 months instead of an outright transfer. At Bologna, the club which for long has been linked with the player, or possibly at another club, even in South America. Among the hypotheses are that he will stay at Boca Juniors until June. Bologna are waiting and will keep an alternative on ice in the form of Sergio Floccari.
