Corriere della Sera continue to talk about the mercato this morning, despite what happens on the field.
“Sampdoria, who have the green light for a loan from Inter, expect a positive signal from Dodo. The situation of Andrea Ranocchia is different, he would gladly go to Genoa while Inter expect offers from abroad for a permanent transfer.”
“In the talks with the sporting director Osti the name of Roberto Soriano also emerged, who is covered with a release clause of 15M Euros valid until the 21st January. Ausilio showed a vague interest but without sales to raise cash it will be impossible to deepen the talks.”
And a sensational departure would be that of Stevan Jovetic, who was on the bench yesterday. The Montenegrin is on loan from Manchester City with the obligation to purchase for 17M Euros in two years”.

If Mancio want to play Palacio instead of Jovetic, it’s time to change. Mourinho is free. *joke*
not even Mancini can be that stupid to let Jovetic go. right? right?!?!?!
heheheh I hope so. IMO it was a mistake to renew with Palacio. He can’t find his form for the past 1.5 yrs and will now take place from someone who could actually do something for the team
I think this is Shaq ver. 2.0
he has had problem with many players in his career
Calm down guys, it’s the newest version of media daily bullshit.
What the hell. Jojo is our best attacking player. I couldn’t believe Mancio played Palacio yesterday instead of him. I doubt he would have missed the open goal opportunity that Palacio wasted so stupidly.
agree

it was not stupidly I would say unfortunate, he shot to goal but the defenders really did their job, to score that chance he should shot up in the net and sometimes it’s difficult for some players to do so- in the other hand Ljajic failed a chance in the first half that was let’s say easier than the one that Palacio had.
BS. Jovetic stays. If any attacker leaves it will be Ljajic, and he won’t leave as well.
tbh, 24 goals scored is not that much with 6+1 (manaj) strikers that we have. We should re-shuffle it, bring someone new and of course someone should leave.
with our midfield, as it is, the attackers cannot be that productive either. yes, yesterday we had 4-5 clear scoring chances (which is like 4x more than we usually have/game, sadly), but usually we struggle, we cant bring the ball forward
I saw some minutes of Napoli’s game and you are so right about Allan, but guess what we have Kondo performing like sh…. I just hope to be wrong but after 20 games he might have to reinvent himself.
We can also improve the midfield. A creative midfielder can affect the team more than a new forward.
ljajic is our best player and maybe the best 5 players in the league
Interesting point of view.
lol. ljajic are not world class let alone class at all. hes got a nice touch sometimes, but his finishing product is useless. i would rather take a washed up cassano than him – and that says it all.. he should really have scored on atleast two occasions this sunday. on a serious note; sansone should be bought instead of him. a way better player. passing, dribling, free kicks and shooting. a swap between those players would be a mayor steal
sansone is a real deal I know, but ljajic missed one good opportunity don’t bash on him, that move that the keeper saved wasn’t his fault
yes. maybe you’re right. atleast his dribling is pretty sweet 🙂
come on, Ljajic missed chances which half of them were due consigli’s insane form, and you prefer him over cassano? look my avatar is cassano and I like to see him again at inter although it’s a complete impossibility, but if that impossibility really happened I would never take cassano at the expense of Ljajic
the cassano comparison was only a simple statement of ljajic´s quality. unfortunately cassano is washed up by now.
furthermore, i disagree. as a forward you must take chances like ljajic missed – especially the header in which he was unmarked by several meters. he didn’t even hit the goal, damn it. on this level you just dont do that. how are you going to win important matches if you have a attacker with inconsistent form and bad finishing skills. mark my words, although ljajic will perform good/ok he will never be a star and should be sold.
on a side note, the whole team was too eager to win the game, but lacked the final concentration. icardi made a horrible attempt himself.
inconsitent? seriously?
yes Ljajic is a forward but it doesn’t mean his primary job is to only score goals, his current position in the team reminds me of the role Eto’o and Pandev did in 2010, and despite scoring goals in many occasions, their primary duty was to help the defence on the flanks and when the attacking play has been built by either Sneijder and Motta they passed it to Milito or simply creating movements that support Milito who was in duty to score goals (in the current team it is Icardi’s duty).
Nobody called Eto’o and Pandev failed and inconsistent just because they lack of goals (epecially Eto’o since he was Barca’s best goal-getter in previous season).
Ljajic was Roma’s top scorer last season despite lack of playing time, and hed didn’t do much of defence. Today Inter don’t have players like Sneijder and Motta who can break and built an attack, and we can see in some occasions that Mancini put that duty on Ljajic both to built an attacking play and help the midfielders to steal the ball and defence.
So for me missing chances which half of them due to Consigli’s miraculous form can not be the reason why Inter should not buy him, hell all other forwards was bad after all, it was just a bad day for Inter.
Finally, the logic of saying that after missing 2-3 chances vs. Sasuolo Ljajic should be sold is like saying Nagatomo should be offered 5 years contract after his best-in-his-carrier game vs. Roma
i dont know what to respond to you.. you’re response is more or less hopeless. first off, you can’t compare ljajic with eto´o. he was a key player for the team as either a LW or an attacker.
there should be no forgiving for missing a chance of what ljajic missed on sunday. top players just should not do that. he also failed to hit the target when he got through on goal from icardi’s flick-on. hes lack of finishing product and real quality is exposed and i believe there is a reason why roma won’t stick with their “top scorer”.
consigli did some crazy saves, but it aint hard to be a keeper when players miss the target completely.
i have been sceptical to ljajic ever since he came. i can’t really see his useability over others. maybe hes creation of chances are very good, and his potential for assist should be looked more upon, but if inter have an opportunity to exchange him for someone better i say go for it. hes not really needed.
lastly. nagatomo.. did we see the same game or are you being ironic? did naga have one of his best games? all i could see in him was mistakes and insecurity for the rest of the defense. miranda saved him on several occasions.
for me ljajic is a talented junior. if an old floro flores can hit that great volley in a couple of minutes to really test handanovic ljajic placement and timing should be taken in question when he had loads of time to atleast hit the target from his position.
anyways. I’m not going to waste more time discussing this issue further. we have way different views on him to ever find a consensus. i guess we have to wait until the season is over to really evaluate his impact. i hope I’m wrong about my views on him though.
sidenote: hes a good fit with jovetic. those two has a good understanding and i can see what you mean by him contributing in other ways than scoring goals.
True, let’s wait until the season end to judge him, it’s always nice to have a healthy conversation like this, even though we have completely different vision on Ljajic, have a nice day, forza Inter
couldn’t agree more, fantantonio99 🙂 have a nice day you too. forza!
