After having some crucial business in Summer Inter is again looking forward to strengthen the squad. Among many other rumoured names the two of most burning names which are being linked with the squad currently are: Argentine Ezequiel Lavezzi of PSG and Italian Eder of Sampdoria. Before heading into any debate about who will be better or more efficient for Inter, let’s have a look at their stats of this season.

Lavezzi so far in this season has played 418 minutes of football where he started 3 times and 12 times came on as a sub. On the other hand Eder has played 1381 minutes in 16 appearances. The argentine has found the net for twice so far but the Italian has done it for 11 times so far.

Eder has made 2 assists so far while Lavezzi has failed to register any. When it comes to Key Passes per game, Eder still leads the tally with 0.9 key passes played per game to Lavezzi’s 0.6 key passes played. Till now Eder has done total no of 19 successful dribbles with an average of 1.2 per game where as Lavezzi has done 1 successful dribble with an average of 0.1 per game. But when it comes to Unsuccessful dribbles Eder also lead the tally there, with 23 futile dribbles (Avg per game-1.4) to Lavezzi’s 6 (Avg per game- 0.4).

Eder has managed to put up 0.5 crosses per game while Lavezzi has 0.3 crosses per game.

Both the Argentine and the Italian has 0.1 thru balls played per game. Eder has managed to take 1.3 shots on target in an average per game while Lavezzi has only 0.5.

Lavezzi only has the upper hand over his Eder in Pass Success Percentage. Lavezzi has an 85.9% of successful passes where as Eder has 80.1%.

This was all about the statistical comparison of the two. In real field stats often turn out as all but mere numbers.
