Inter has expressed their solidarity with Indonesia in an official statement on the website Inter.it stating the following:
“F.C. Internazionale would like to express its heartfelt condolences and solidarity with the families of the victims of this morning’s attacks in Jakarta.
“It really hurts to see my city shaken and suffering from these events. My family and I, as well as all of my staff here, are safe and well. But I’m shocked by the thought that some innocent people have been injured and others even lost their lives in these atrocious attacks. I really cannot fathom what has happened.
“I pray for the victims and their families and that events like these – along with the recent attacks in Paris and Istanbul – are never repeated,” said president Erick Thohir in a statement. ”
