Guys, we can be disappointed, but emotional decisions are never good solution. I stated my opinion about Mancini from the moment when was clear that he will replace Mazzari (which decision to sack him right before the Derby, wasn’t very clever, even if i doesn’t liked him at all) and never changed, he’s not what we need. I can give him that he stabilized the defense and he’s good in convincing players, but that’s not enough to be good coach. Anyway, the biggest problem in my opinion was that we was in a hurry to achieve immediate results and if we fail to get Champions League will have to pay huge price for that. We need clear project, what kind of football we want and to build patiently step after step. We just can’t gamble and changing coaches and big amount of players just like that every season. We need to choose the style, the strategy and find coach who thinks the same way. The power of choosing players have to be in Ausilio and the management and they have to fit in our style. I think Mancini started to losing the whole dressing room. Looks like the players kept pushing him to fall off the cliff. In other words, players were losing their trusts and confidences at Mancini. You can see from their eyes. This is very similar to what happened with Mourinho and Chelsea this year. Actually, I’m not surprised at all. This similar situation happened at Mancini’s squad before Inter’s Champions League defeat to Liverpool years ago.
