How many red cards did we have this season?! It cannot be only the referees faults. What is in the mind of the players? Are they frustrated? Imagine how many points we have lost because of all this red cards. For example, the games against, Fiorentina, Napoli and Juve in Copa. Even mancini is a hot head, with his middlefinger in the derby, rage against Sarri or media silences. I am not even counting the amount of penalties we had against us or yellow card this season. I never understood the reasoning behind firing Mazzarri. He understood how to organize the team so whether it was wingbacks, midfielders, or his strike partner they all were providing service to Icardi whose main focus was scoring.
With Mancini Icardi does a lot more in defense and it seems like the offensive tactics are for the ball to go to the three forwards to create for each other which is why the players look like they are over-thinking.

Here are the problems of Inter right now:
(1) The President is too business minded. Thohir is always talk about market and management. He forgets to talk about sports.
(2) There is no leader in the team. Icardi is not the right man. He does not show the ability of persistent like JZ4 did.
(3) There is no creative midfielders. Too bad Banega will come in June. I think we need him now.

(1) Fair enough that Thohir due to other commitments cannot be in Milano all the time, but then he should continue as a passive owner, step back as actual President and nominate someone who can run the club on a day to day basis like an actual President. Preferably an Italian who has the right connections and understand how things work and are done in Italy. With all due respect to Zanetti, I am not really sure what he actually does as VP apart from representing the club socially
(2) Many of the individual players show a lot of heart and passion, but the team does not have a natural leader to ensure the team is moving forward as a team and not as 11 individuals.
(3) We need a Regista. We have some creativity up front, but we need a midfielder with a football brain to connect the dots.
I fear we have even more dark times ahead of us, as Mancini is not exactly remembered for performing well under pressure..

Silence won’t gonna solve the problems! Somebody have to step up, make the decisions we need and take the responsibility. I’m sorry, but we have to be extremely delusional people if believe that we can achieve something with that clueless play from the beginning of the season. And we had played clueless even when we was wining! In the summer we will have to take tough decisions, but it’s all our fault. I said that before this season, that we doesn’t have to rushing seeking for immediate results, but instead building patiently. We has to aim Europa League spot, because we take too big risks looking for Champions League spot at any cost. And now we will probably have to lose our best players and starting everything from the start, throwing the whole work we have done last few seasons.
