Former nerazzurri captain will face off his former side for the first time since leaving the side. Ahead of the clash, he spoke to Sky Sport expressing his feelings on the eve of the match against his former club: “It will be strange, the last time I faced Inter as an opponent was six years ago. But now I am wearing another jersey and I have to give my best for this shirt. Inter and Sampdoria are both fighting for their objectives but ours is more important, we need points to get away from the teams behind us. It will be difficult but great”. On the difference between Roberto Mancini and Vincenzo Montella: “They are two great coaches, who give their best for their teams. I am happy to be given orders by Montella and I will give my all for Samp”.
