Rome-based Corriere dello Sport reports in today’s paper about Antonio Candreva’s situation at Lazio.

“After having decided to sign for Lazio, he thought that he could become a symbol for the club. In this moment Biglia has been preferred, which has left Candreva feeling downgraded. The recent turnover in the Serie A demonstrated this and he is on the same level as other players who are not as good as him and far less productive.”

“At the end of this season Lazio will undergo a big make over and the circumstances witness that Candreva will probably say goodbye in June. His agent, Federico Pastorello, spoke about this during the transfer windowin January. A sale of Candreva can’t be excluded if a big offer should arrive. It’s also true that no-one tried to get close to him in January, not even Inter despite all the rumors. Candreva will cost around €30 million to leave Lazio.”
