He can play in a defensive 4 line (right and left) or in a 5 midfield line, this is why he looks like Bruno Peres, Torino star. Nerazzurri scouts observed Alex Silva for a long time, last summer a lot of italian clubs (Fiorentina, Genoa, Udinese…) asked for informations about him but at the end he kept his place in Uruguay. Next summer things can change.

Shortlist for RB should be in this order imo:
Vrsaljko > Fabinho > Zabaleta > Bruno Peres > Caceres > Nelson Semedo
Peres the best option for us.
He’s overpriced at 25
He’s overpriced and not a true RB, he only plays as a RM/RWB. Our issues at RB have been primarily defensive, and he would only be an upgrade going forward, so unless we plan on switching to 5 at the back there are better options in Vrsaljko, Fabinho, and Zabaleta.
