No…if I’m sensing correctly, he wants someone that challenge Icardi. The go-to-guy…icardi cannot and never provide himself as someone upfront to hold the ball and ease opponents preassure. Ease Icardi’s burden also as the goal getter and even a captain, allowing him room to improve. Currently maybe he’s also held in ransom by his own record, so he rarely shoot. Look at Higuain that shoot confidently whenever he can and the result is positive. Icardi have time on his side, but we need to give him room to make mistakes (in which that mistakes are not fatal) But, if he have someone that challenge Icardi’s position and it works, then Icardi’s value will dropp. That’s the dilemma.
