Inter coach Roberto Mancini was interviewed by Premium Sport after the win against Udinese at the San Siro and seemed happy enough.

“The nervy ending. If the same thing happened against Genoa we would be asked about the same thing. We had to kill the match earlier, but we suffered and took a risk. It was a good performance. We had to win to keep the flame burning, because you never know what can happen in football. Are there any regrets? We will see. The fans are making out to be like we have had an awful season. Do Napoli have to win on Monday? Unfortunately when you are behind a team you have to hope that they lose. Roma are doing very well. Jovetic? He did a lot more then score his two goals and he knows that he can do even better. Today we played well.”

“Brozovic played on both the left and right wings today. We did better after Biabiany played there in the last 15 minutes. Can Eder and Jovetic form a strong partnership? They can play well together. I am happy for both of them. We signed Eder to score goals. He has been unlucky to not score but he has player excellently. I hope things can become easier for him now because he is a class player. ”

In conclusion Mancini was asked about Inter’s rumored interest in Lucas Biglia: “I am the coach and I pick the players we sign. These players cost a lot. We will see. Right now it is not fair to name these players. Today many players have a great profile. We need technical quality that can help improve the team.”
