Mancini: “We need to try to construct our own champions”

Roberto Mancini talked to Inter Channel about the game against Empoli:

“We played very well in the first half, even if we let a goal in that we shouldn’t. Empoli did everything to get a point and came close, but in the end it was important for us to win to seal the fourth place. The only experienced players out the field today were Miranda and Melo. The others are young and can improve. As I’ve said earlier, we can’t believe that this is the title winning Inter, the champions that were there at that time, aren’t here anymore, we need to try to construct these champions at Inter.”
