With Handanovic on his way out from Inter, the club needs to look on the mercato for a replacement. With Perin and Sirigu being mentioned as possible replacements for the Slovenian goalkeeper, today a new name has been mentioned. Inter is said to be interested in Benfica’s goalkeeper Ederson.
The 22 year old has collected 17 presences this season with an average rate of 7,18 on WhoScored.com. Whilst he is still second to Julio Cesar at Benfica, Ederson is considered a huge goalkeeping talent and could be a great investment for Inter’s future. Benfica is said to want 20 million euro’s for the goalkeeper, which Inter could consider a fair amount for a an investment that would pay off a lot more in the future.
