Reuters bring massive news regarding the Suning purchase of Inter. The concluding date of the deal said to be worth up to as much as 750 million euro is June 5th. There are no official confirmations from either party locked in negotiations and it’s unknown whether there will be or not.

750Mil that inclusive to investments, and Stadium, these people here just can’t write or deliver anything
According to Forbes we’re now valued at 559 mil, which means that either Suning are vastly overbidding, or the numbers medias talk about are not correct. Either way Thohir paid 250 mil for 70%, so we should really give him credit for the good work.
It is normal when acquiring a company to pay more than normal stock/stake prices to be able to acquire large amount of it and gain control. So the prices are not really unrealistic.
det er ikk normalt min ven, depends on the market fluctuation and many other factors, but the 750Mil reported is inclusive to investments, including brand new stadium.
Jo det er min ven.
It is normal, however the situation is a little different because it is not publicly traded. Nevertheless, the market is based on its bid and ask prices. It is not just a direct evaluation of metrics to a specific price. And for making people sell, you mostly have to bid more than public evaluations as there otherwise would be no incentive to trade.
I respect those thoughts, but here more insight into this particular situation, Inter hired Goldman Sachs to work and find a buyer, so that refute any other claims, since Inter took the initiative looking for a buyer, and a buyer they found. Inter in that situation provided a value proposition that value proposition doesn’t just estimate financial value, but provide consumer value, traditional, potential and so on. biding is not a thing you do in situation like this, as the club is not being auctioned out. anyways, where are your about, I don’t see any Inter fans in Denmark. Messi and Barcelona are just way predominate if I see one more kid wearing Barca jersey in Lego Land am gonna go hand them for free
I talk depending on the available information i have seen.
And as i said, the situation is a little different because it is not traded publicly. However the dynamics of a market (even when not public) and subjective evaluation of value still applies. Even when Inter hired Goldman Sachs, we have an asking price like when house or similar are put on sale. When Goldman Sachs looks for a buyer the asking price is the basis of the negotiation and if the buyer don’t see the same value, they may counter offer (bid).
But i am from Aalborg. And i agree, i see too few Inter fans here in Denmark.
dude, thats just has nothing to do with anything, if this wasn’t what i do for living I wouldn’t have argued you much, but its up to you 🙂 Forza Inter
Yes it do, the process of Item->Broker->Buyer have everything to do with this situation. But let’s finish the discussion here.
Maybe you’re right, but Milan are evaluated at 825 mil, and according to rumors they’re gonna be sold for 700. I have absolutely no problem with that, ofc 😀
Evaluations are not set in stone based on simple metrics, especially not companies which value is very much tied up in a brand like a football club. In fact evaluations are very much about subjective perception of brand value, inventory(players and merchandise in our case) different kinds of potential in growth in the market etc.
Yeah, and I guess Milan’s perspective for next season is far worse with them spending so much on players but finishing so low. Thohir focused on growing the brand, especially in Asia and it must have paid off. Now he’s cashing in, but If this also means we get to the next level, it’s fine. I do hope the numbers are correct.
750mill is way too much and cannot be true !!!
ah press …
bye mr. indonesia , papapapapa…. say hello to to indonesia …papa
new name is SunINTERing. thank’s God “mancio the great” stays !!
you really have a great sense of humour
just do not call inter :
liverpool – loserpool morons
Hell yeah. We know for sure that they will invest in Inter, cuz they already did with Jiangsu by bringing Teixeira for 50m and Ramires for 30m. They are going to lead us back to glory, where we actually belong. 750m daaaamn, a lot of money, Milan will be sold for 700.
there is no FFP in China
Yes, I know. Thohir will never invest without selling if he stays, he’ll always use that FFP excuse.
Thohir hasnt got any money to invest himself but The Suning group has – they´re revenous are around 20 BILLION US dollar a year!!
I can see Suning group buying players for Jiang-su and loan them to inter, so i don’t think ffp can stop us now to get those expensive playere 😀
I hope that is true
