Earlier this evening, Inter released a statement on their official website announcing that a news conference will be held in Nanjing tomorrow (Monday 6 June) at 15:00 local time – 09:00 CEST. President Erick Thohir and Vice-President Javier Zanetti will join Suning Holdings Group Chairman Zhang Jindong and Suning Sports Group Vice-President Gong Lei to discuss the transfer of a majority shareholding to the Chinese corporation. They are set to purchase 40% of Thohir’s shares as well as former President Massimo Moratti’s 30% in its entirety.

To be fair though he broke the bank to give us a UCL… People back a team for their entire life and don’t know the feeling of winning a UCL. So we can cut him some slack.
